What Information We Collect

When you submit the contact form, request a booking, or use "Book Instantly," we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the details you provide about the work needed (including a service address, when relevant). If you become a client, invoices, quotes, contracts, job photos, and payment records associated with your account are also stored.

Client Portal Accounts

Clients who use the online portal to view quotes, contracts, invoices, or job status create an account secured by a password. That account holds only what's needed to show you your own quotes, contracts, invoices, appointments, and job history -- it is never used for anything beyond running this business's day-to-day work with you.

Payment Information

Payments are processed through Stripe. Triple H Enterprises does not directly receive, view, or store your full card number -- Stripe handles that according to its own security standards and privacy practices. We do keep a record of the payment amount, date, and which invoice or job it was for.

How Information Is Used

Information you provide is used to schedule and complete the work you've requested, communicate with you about your appointment or account, send invoices and receipts, and follow up on quotes or unfinished business. Before-and-after job photos may be used for marketing (see Terms & Conditions, section 10) -- your name and specific address are never shared publicly alongside them.

Third-Party Service Providers

This website and our internal tools rely on a small number of third-party services to operate: Supabase (database hosting and the client portal), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email, such as booking confirmations and invoice notifications), and Google Analytics (aggregate site-traffic statistics only -- see Cookies and Analytics below). Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy and security practices; we choose providers with a track record of taking data security seriously, but we don't control their systems directly.

Cookies and Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand general site traffic, such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrive at the site. This may involve cookies or similar technologies. No personal information submitted through the contact or scheduling forms is shared with Google Analytics. Visitors who prefer to opt out of analytics tracking can do so using their browser's privacy settings or a browser extension such as Google's Analytics Opt-out add-on. The client portal and internal tools also use small amounts of browser storage (cookies/localStorage) purely to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences like light/dark mode -- not for advertising or tracking.

Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications in the client portal (for example, to be notified when a quote is approved or an invoice is ready), your device registers a notification subscription with our system. This is used only to deliver the specific notifications you'd expect from that feature, and can be turned off at any time in your browser or device settings.

Data Retention

Business records -- invoices, contracts, and job history -- are kept as long as reasonably needed for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. Contact form submissions and leads that don't turn into a job are not kept indefinitely as a matter of course.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time what information we have on file for you, request a correction, or ask that it be deleted (subject to what we're required to keep for legitimate business, accounting, or legal reasons). To make a request, contact us using the information below.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults arranging home repair and maintenance work. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time as our services or the third-party tools we rely on change. The most current version will always be available on this website.
