Serving Southern Utah

St. George, Hurricane, Washington, Santa Clara, and the surrounding area. Larger jobs in Cedar City or Mesquite, NV by request, contact us to check availability.

Clear, Upfront Pricing

You'll know the cost before the work starts. No surprise fees, no upsells.

Licensed & Insured

Most of it still works

When an appliance quits, it is usually one part, not the whole machine. Knowing which part is the job. Replacing the whole unit is what happens when nobody looks.

What we fix

If it's broken around your house, there's a good chance we can fix it. Tap any service to see what's included.

Is it worth fixing?

Tell us what it's doing and we'll tell you what it usually means. No email required, nothing to sign up for.

Tap what it's doing

Sometimes we'll tell you not to fix it

Repairing usually beats replacing. Not always. Here's roughly how we call it, so you know what to expect before we show up.

Usually worth repairing

Most of what we see lands here.

  • The failed part is a standard one: a fuse, a belt, a switch, a pump, an element, a seal.
  • The machine has been reliable up to now, and this is its first real fault.
  • Parts are still readily available for the model.
  • The trouble is airflow, a clog, or a sensor rather than a major mechanical failure.

When we'd tell you to replace it

Less often, but it happens, and we'll say so.

  • The failure is in a major sealed component, like a compressor, a sealed refrigeration system, or a transmission.
  • The repair would cost a large share of what a comparable new unit costs.
  • It has already been fixed more than once for unrelated faults, which usually means more are coming.
  • Parts have been discontinued, and what's left is salvage of unknown history.

We'd rather lose the job than take your money for a repair that doesn't make sense. If replacing is the smarter call, we'll tell you, and we'll tell you why. Here's how we actually make that call.

How a visit actually goes

If you've never had to call someone out before, here's the whole thing, start to finish.

1

You call or book

Tell us what it's doing. You'll be talking to Steven, not a call center.

2

We come look at it

Diagnosing in person is the only way to be sure what's actually wrong, so that's where we start.

3

You get the price first

You'll know the cost before any work starts. No surprise fees, no upsells, and no pressure if you'd rather think about it.

4

We fix it

Work is guaranteed. Parts carry whatever warranty the manufacturer sets, which varies by part.

Worn floor out. Real finished work in.

Drag to compare. Real photos from real jobs, not a stock photo.

Before: bare subfloor with underlayment and prep material laid out, ready for new flooring
After: real finished plank flooring from the same job
