Do I need to provide the item, or can you supply it?
You provide the item and we handle the assembly or installation. If you're not sure what to buy, we're happy to point you in the right direction.
Can you mount a TV on any type of wall?
We mount on drywall, brick, and masonry, with the right anchors for each. We'll check your wall type before the visit if you're not sure.
How is pricing handled?
We look at the job in person first, then give you a clear price before any work starts. Nothing gets billed as a surprise on the back end.

Do you offer estimates before starting work?
Pricing is set once the problem has been diagnosed. Some jobs can be estimated over the phone, but many issues need an in-person look before a firm price can be given. Either way, you'll know the cost before any work begins.
What areas do you serve?
St. George, Hurricane, Washington, Santa Clara, and the surrounding Southern Utah area. We can also take on larger jobs in Cedar City or Mesquite, NV by request, just contact us to check availability and scheduling.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, work is guaranteed. Parts used are covered under whatever warranty the manufacturer sets, which can vary by part.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check, Venmo, and Cash App are all accepted, along with credit and debit cards via a secure Stripe invoice.
Is there a trip fee?
Jobs within 15 miles have no trip fee. Beyond 15 miles, a $25 trip fee is added to the total.
